• Continental U.S.: Standard shipping is available on all orders.
• Hawaii & Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): Due to recent USPS rate increases, orders to these regions require a $75 minimum purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
• Alaska & Puerto Rico: We unfortunately do not offer shipping to these locations at this time.
Cost:
Shipping costs are a flat fee ranging from $5.99 to $8.99, plus $1.00 for each additional item.
Fulfillment and Delivery:
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours and are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days after processing. Please note that holidays and weekends may impact delivery times.
Returns:
To prevent the spread of potential avian illnesses, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
Damages and Issues:
Our bird toys are meticulously handcrafted and then packaged with the same attention to detail. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery. If you find any problems, contact us right away. Email a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to cat@thejoyfulbeak.com or use the contact form on our Contact page to start the replacement process. We may also ask for the item(s) to be returned. Your satisfaction and the well-being of your bird are our top priorities!
Change / Add to / Cancel an Order Once It Has Been Placed:
We normally begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed. Unfortunately, this doesn't allow for modifications. We appreciate your understanding.

For your bird's utmost safety, always supervise playtime with any bird toy. While we strive to use the safest materials available, no bird toy is 100% safe, as unforeseen accidents are possible. We believe that with proper supervision, the enrichment benefits of our toys outweigh potential risks.
